Edmonton home prices, inventory and number of sales are up in May, while days-on-market are down!   The average price for a single family detached home in May of 2012 was $388,762 up by 1.7% from last month and also up by 2.8% compared to May of 2011.   The condo prices were also up by 5.9% at $248,846. Total of 1,983 residential properties have sold in the 5th month of 2012, 6.5% more than same period last year, and it took on average 49 days for these homes to sale, a decrease from 50 days. ...
