Friday, April 26, 2019 - Homes Sold In Carter Crest

In the last 12 months, total of 14 single detached homes have sold via the MLS® system in Carter Crest community in Southwest Edmonton. The selling price ranged from $448,000 to $835,000. The average selling price was $591,379, $263 per sq.foot, while the average list price was $605,914. It took average 37 days for these Carter Crest properties to sell. Friday, October 5, 2012 - North LRT Churchill to Nait

Take a look at this video which shows City of Edmonton vision for the north LRT to Nait. The original railroad system became first operational in 1978. The engineers included 2 knock out panels in the original design at the Churchill station for the future route to the north. As of 2010 , the city began construction of the extension of the railway to NAIT. The City plans to have the system operational at the end of April of 2014.

Edmonton Single Detached Home Report By age, number of listings, average size, average current list price and per sq.foot price. The larger the houses, the cheaper per sq.foot price. Wednesday, September 2, 2009 - Edmonton Real Estate Maket Statistics

The average sold price for single detached homes is down by 1.6 percent in August to $366,788 compared to last month of 372,741. Condominium prices were also down by less than one percent to $242,035.There were a total of 1,673 sales last month as compared to 2,277 in July through the Edmonton and Area Multiple Listing Service®. The average days-on-market was 48 and at the end of August there were 6,445 residential properties active on the MLS® System. >>> read more.

We are half way through 2009, with the summer almost behind us and the kids and their parents are getting ready for another school year. It was a great last couple months for Edmonton and area real estate. The average list price was 314,751 / 243 per sq.foot and sold price 304,446 / 235 per sq.foot. The prices and inventory remain stable .There are currently 296 condos for sale up by a notch from 293 from July, 248 under 500K and 48 above that range.
