Edmonton single detached home prices and inventory are down in October, while condo prices, number of sales and average days-on-market are up!   The average price for a single family detached home in October of 2012 was $372,061, down by 1.2% from last month and up by 2.5% from October of 2011. Friday, October 5, 2012 - North LRT Churchill to Nait

Take a look at this video which shows City of Edmonton vision for the north LRT to Nait. The original railroad system became first operational in 1978. The engineers included 2 knock out panels in the original design at the Churchill station for the future route to the north. As of 2010 , the city began construction of the extension of the railway to NAIT. The City plans to have the system operational at the end of April of 2014.

2011 Edmonton real estate market provides stable and healthy base for 2012 Edmonton, January 4, 2012: The REALTORS® Association of Edmonton reported that the all-residential average price for real estate sales through the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) in December was up 1.7% ($316,415) from a year ago. Edmonton home prices are slightly up, while inventory and number of sales are down in November! The average price for a single family detached home in November was $365,734, up by 0.8% from last month and also up by 0.8% compared to November of 2010. The condo prices were also up by 0.8% to $227,901.
