Edmonton's single detached home prices and average days-on-market are up, while condo prices, number of sales, and inventory are down slightly in December of 2014.
The average price for a single family detached home in December of 2013 was $423,544, up by 4.4% from last month and up by 7.5% from December of 2012.
The condo prices were down slightly by 2.4% to $234,967. Total of 805 residential properties have sold in the 12th month of 2013, 9% more than same period last year, and it took on average 60 days for these homes to sale.
The inventory decreased to 3,049 residential properties available compared to 4,047 from last months and 4,354 in December of 2012.
