Edmonton home prices and average days-on-market are up slightly in August 2013, while number of sales and inventory is down.
The average price for a single family detached home in August of 2013 was $416,494, up by 1.5% from last month and up by 5.4% from August of 2012.
The condo prices were also up slightly by 0.1% to $244,675. Total of 1,490 residential properties have sold in the 8th month of 2013, 4% more than same period last year, and it took on average 53 days for these homes to sale, an increase from 49 days.
The inventory decreased to 5,557 residential properties available compared to 5,834 from last months and 7,458 in August of 2012.
