Edmonton real estate market on the rise! Edmonton home prices, number of sales, and inventory are up in March, while days-on-market are down!
The average price for a single family detached home in March of 2013 was $416,739, up by 3.9% from last month and up by 8.3% from March of 2011.
The condo prices were also up by 6.8% to $246,574. Total of 1386 residential properties have sold in the third month of 2013, 19% less than same period last year, and it took on average 50 days for these homes to sale, a decrease from 57 days.
The inventory increased to 4,741 residential properties available compared to 4,183 from last months and 6,851 in March of 2012.
